• 1 can of tomatoes, whole
  • 2 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 of a red onion, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, whole, remove stem
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin, ground 
  • 1 tsp salt 

Throw all the ingredients into your food processor. Use the pulse setting to blend to your desired consistency. I reserve the juice from the canned tomatoes. If your salsa isn’t juicy enough, add some in a little at a time. 👍🏻
