So I love to BBQ. We live in Central California where it’s way too hot. Today we hit 105 degrees. Which means, I do NOT want to turn on my oven. Let’s leave all the heat outside, shall we?
This is my go-to Chicken Marinade for those simple summer BBQs:
– 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
-1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
-1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
-1/4 cup Orange Juice (no pulp)
-1 tbsp Orange Champagne Vinegar
-3 cloves of freshly minced Garlic
-1 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Pepper
-1 tbsp dried Rosemary
-1 tbsp dried Thyme
