Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp relish
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- salt/pepper to taste
Slaw:
- 1 bag of coke slaw veggie mix
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or buttermilk)
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt/pepper to taste
Sandwich:
- French rolls
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Onions, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Shrimp, peeled and tails removed (once thawed, add whatever seasoning you wish to use. I have used Old Bay and blackened seasonings before. Both were delicious!)
- 2 tbsp of butter
Instructions:
- In a large bowl whisk all the sauce ingredients together and place in the fridge.
- In another large bowl, mix together all of the slaw ingredients together and place in the fridge.
- In a cast iron skillet on medium heat, add two tbsp of butter. Once melted, add in your shrimp. Cooked until pink (approximately three mins).
- Build your sandwich and enjoy!
