Ingredients:
1 clove, garlic
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of sriracha
1/4 cup of water
I use a NutriBullet because it mixes everything so well. Add all ingredients to a blender and pour over chicken. Let it marinate in a ziplock bag for at least two hours before grilling. Reserve 1/3 cup of the sauce to brush over the top when the chicken comes off the grill. Enjoy!
